Select the "Active" radio button located at the top/center of the page; select the desired discipline/subject by clicking the "down arrow" located to the right of "Discipline"; type in the course number; then click "OK".

Select the "Historical" radio button if the proposal is to reactivate a course.

It is not recommended that a search be done on the Course Title.

If the Course Number is not entered, a list of all courses in that discipline will be displayed.
