| The fundamental real estate course covering the basic laws and principles of California real estate, gives understanding, background, and terminology necessary for specialized courses. Assists those preparing for the real estate sales agent license examination. 54 hours lecture. | ||||

| Explain laws and procedures that apply to the sale of California residential real estate. Analyze and apply principles and concepts within the subject matter. Discuss real estate taxes and solve basic real estate mathematics problems Demonstrate the ability to analyze ethical and procedural problems that arise in residential real estate sales transactions. | ||||
